West Living was formed in 2009 to develop or acquire quality senior housing communities in the western United States. Rather than invest in the status quo, we saw a need (and opportunity) for a different kind of senior housing company, one that is not driven by short-term earnings expectations or fee-based development. The kind of senior housing company we are building puts resident service first. We feel so strongly about delivering the best service in the market that we put the West name on every facility.
Senior housing is a business with a demographic tailwind and we are working to build or acquire additional independent and assisted living communities capable of meeting the future demand.

Service Type: Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care
Size: 75 units or more
